    I regret that I cannot remember the names of the two members who helped me with international shipping to Thailand. They were both so very helpful, patient, careful, and thorough to make sure the package would arrive as safely as possible. They both spent a lot of time helping me, while also helping other customers. I was very impressed.

    I went into the Willoughby Ohio location on Euclid ave to get a poster laminated and ship it out after it was completed. The girl at the counter was very rude and had a very disrespectful attitude. She asked me to come to her and I moved to where she pointed to and then she told me no not there but here as she pointed to me to move one foot over. I then asked her if she could laminate this poster, as I was speaking she cut me off and said our laminator would not be able to make that size and told me to go to Mentor. I walked out and called the North Canton location and asked if they could make my request. I went there because I live in North Canton and it was on my way home. The North Canton location was perfect and they did the job quickly and professional. The caps was 23 dollars for the laminator and 98 dollars for the shipping. I would never have a person with the attitude that the Willoughby location work in a customer service role for me.

    The employee did her job. I was dissatisfied with the charge of transferring my pkg. I had no other option but to send it through FedEx. I was leaving the state of Ohio in a couple of hrs. So I had to agree to send my pkg to TX which is my home. My pkg cost me ( a soup bowl) cost me $50.00 and transporting my pkg cost me $57.00. Transportation was more than the item itself. Then I was told that if my item was broken in transport there the most I could get bk would be $50.00 after investigation. They would NOT refund shipping. I will never use FedEX again.

    I thought the young man who waited on me was very helpful, he gave me two options on what to ship my item in, a small box or bubbled envelope and the cost difference. He also let me know that location also takes Amazon returns. He was friendly and polite. You have a really great employee.

    The first time I took packages in to make a return, the team member did not understand what I was trying to do, and returned the boxes to me. They were huge, unwieldy boxes, so it was a real hassle. The second time I went in and had a completely new person, it went well.
