When she called to say my order was ready, I asked how I could order more, since I only needed 10 more of each. She said…I’ll just print 10 more of each since I still have them up and you can just pay for them when you get here. I was SHOCKED when I picked them up that the additional 10 of each cost me just as much of my original order. The girl was busy so the Asst Mngr checked me out. I expressed my concern with the cost, since she didn’t mentioned it was different. He rudely said…our in store pricing is different. I paid it but when I looked at the detailed receipt… there was a $30 charge for in store set up. Keep in mind… I sent the file online and the girl said she still had them up so it was no problem. I find it hard to believe there was ANY set up done. Lesson learned.. I’ll use other companies in the future and if I ever have to use this location again… I’ll ask the price before they do anything. Terrible customer service.

Randall (along with another employee) took the time to measure, figure out box size, went over packing the item, and cost. Including, insurance that I wanted to get on it. I told them I be back the next day. Randall said to ask for him as he would remember everything (box was going to have to be improvised). He was very professional and pleasant. Package arrived when stated.

I had no idea what I needed but she certainly did! It was a pleasant experience. Her coworker was figuring up the price for me and made sure to let me know it would be a lot - even more than the item was worth - before giving me the actual cost. They made a good team!

I was shipping my daughter’s purse with all her credit cards and ids. I needed it to be shipped overnight and wanted a signature at delivery as well as additional insurance. It was not part of the transaction, and the package was lost or stolen included my daughter’s credit cards, ids and identity. We have been unable to speak with a single person, about the fraudulent delivery report that said it was delivered at 10:25 am on 1/3/25 and signed for by my daughter, which never happened! When she went downstairs to pick up the package at 10:27, it was not there. No one from FedEx will send the requested photo of the delivery on the doorstep. The package was either stolen by the clerk who packaged it or by the delivery person. We are out $110. 35 for the shipping cost, not to mention the loss of her $100 purse and contents. Shame on you FedEx for providing ZERO customer service when your service fails!
