    The young lady who took care of me was polite and personable. She was knowledgeable about my needs in packaging and shipping a chandelier. I had no idea what I needed but she certainly did! It was a pleasant experience. Her coworker was figuring up the price for me and made sure to let me know it would be a lot - even more than the item was worth - before giving me the actual cost. They made a good team!

    The woman who served me was pleasant but processed my whole transaction without asking me what I wanted. I was shipping my daughter’s purse with all her credit cards and ids. I needed it to be shipped overnight and wanted a signature at delivery as well as additional insurance. It was not part of the transaction, and the package was lost or stolen included my daughter’s credit cards, ids and identity. We have been unable to speak with a single person, about the fraudulent delivery report that said it was delivered at 10:25 am on 1/3/25 and signed for by my daughter, which never happened! When she went downstairs to pick up the package at 10:27, it was not there. No one from FedEx will send the requested photo of the delivery on the doorstep. The package was either stolen by the clerk who packaged it or by the delivery person. We are out $110. 35 for the shipping cost, not to mention the loss of her $100 purse and contents. Shame on you FedEx for providing ZERO customer service when your service fails!

    The woman who helped me was very quick and efficient and let me proof-read the recipient’s name and address before finalizing the transaction. I really liked that the package was delivered straight to the recipient’s 6th floor condo instead of the ground floor vestibule like USPS does. I’ll be using FedEx from now on.

    They sent my package to the wrong address and then basically said there is nothing they can do about it. No one from customer service will help. Will go back to using UPS.

    Charging 2.50 surcharge for less than 50.00, mine came to just under 48.00, that’s a little bogus!
