I told her other locations usually have them but I would take the white paper full sheet. She demands repeatedly that I tell her which locations have them. I mentioned Dayton Columbus a couple other Cincinnati locations. She starts yelling at me telling me I cannot even tell her a location which they come from. And persist to try to argue with me about it. I have bought the full sheet clear labels hundreds of times over the course of well over a decade. That is besides the point I was fine with the other ones she had in stock but what is unacceptable is the way that she talked to me and yelled at me. I am a customer not her boyfriend. No reason to disrespect me in any way shape or form. I would appreciate it if someone from the district level would educate her on how to speak to customers as never in my life have I felt so disrespected at any FedEx office in the entire United States. I would also like someone from the district level to educate her that yes in fact you guys at most locations do carry a full sheet clear label and they are available for you to order. I ended up purchasing the regular paper but left without printing because she was outraged and yelling at me. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a FedEx office in my entire life. I hope that you guys are able to pull up the audio files and watch the video so that you can review them and teach her not to treat customers that way.
