We needed 500 passes printed and laminated in 4 hours, and the team made it happen, saving us embarrassment for our event. Tyler was extremely helpful and dedicated. He assured us that the project would be completed by the time we needed them, and he definitely came through with his promise. Thank you to the entire team at FedEx Office! I know it was probably a daunting task, but yall made it happen!

I was also charged and extra fee to rush due to the price of the printing with all color that I had not requested. I feel like I was taken advantage of versus the store manager asking questions.
