    I asked the worker to print a file I had printed there before. I told him it’s formatted correctly and in years past I emailed for printing. He told me to use the website to create the order. He did not seem to want to take my order. Because of the odd sizing the website wouldn’t work so I had to go back in to place the order. When I went to pick up the order the youngest worker was busy and a gentleman who seemed like the manager was chatting with another worker about workplace gossip. They both saw me come in but didn’t not help me for about 3 minutes, until their conversation was done. The younger worker told the manager he was starving and needed to take his break and the manger made fun of him and told him I highly doubt you are starving. When the kid walked away the manager said “how ridiculous”. This place is poorly run and unprofessional.

    Needed passport cards for a vendor event printed. The format given didn’t allow for full bleed on the front cover. Since this had to be printed both locally and used in Cleveland, both, he offered to print and ship FedEx to the venue and everything arrived on time, printing was beautiful (and they even made them available to us EARLY!!)

    Anthony, Chris, Raliegh and the team are remarkable. I marvel at how attentive and professional this team is. Customer service is not dead when you visit this FedEx location.

    Raleigh needed assistance with something and asked, who I believed to be his manager. The manager said I can't read your mind. I think there needs to be some training here with regard to how to interact with subordinate. I believe raleigh is wanting to do a good job and wanting to cover all his bases. Some patience is in order here. I needed return labels and it was obvious. Raleigh was still learning.

    It's clear that joycelyn is new to this position. And she is an incredibly patient and willing to learn participant. She is careful and thorough and wants to do a good job. She was interrupted multiple times during my transaction. She kept her cool. The interruptions happened from other coworkers, unfortunately, asking her to sign in to their computer. I'm sure there was a reason why, but the interruptions. I believe resulted in my transaction. Being canceled out after about 15 to 20 minutes of her order entry On an international shipment. The other more seasoned employee probably should have handled my transaction and allowed, the less experienced employee to do the simpler orders. I was there a lot longer than typical. And I don't believe that joyce-lynn is getting the patient training that she would readily take in.
