    My email did not show up on FedEx for a bit, so Rebecca told me she would text or call me when the job was done so I could go run other errands. She did and all was done perfectly. She was friendly and efficient. I have had only good experiences at this location and this was yet another. Thank you!

    He was the only Black male in the store at the time. He was extremely patient with me and all of my questions. Thanks to his help I was able to wrap up a few projects for my new house it’s always the small things that matter and associates like him make a huge difference. Great guy!

    I may have gotten his name slightly incorrect but he was so fantastic! He was so friendly and knowledgeable and we had a wonderful chat while he was printing my large scale blueprint docs for me. He made my day, he was so kind and efficient!! I would hire him in a heartbeat- thank you for having this great employee at your location. It makes shopping and printing easy.

    I asked for Tuesday delivery. He told me Thursday would be slot cheaper. I declined Thursday, asking for Tuesday delivery. They got delivered Thursday but I paid for faster service. I need to be refunded some of the money because I paid for Tuesday, but got Thursday.

    I use this location to ship defective auto parts back to manufactures that I represent at the Honda Ohio plants. So that means parts must be shipped accurately, there the next day, emails included and care taken with the parts. In this case and date I was told by the acting manager Dan that they did not have proper boxes to ship one part and could I ship it another day. Of note is that I've just driven 50 miles from the plants to this location which is up the street from my house. I've notified the manufacturer that I have the part and it will be at their palace by or before noon the next day. There were a total of three parts going to three different locations. One person asked if I was the recipient? Obviously not if I'm the one bringing the parts in. As I explained why would I ship them to myself if I had them? Great confusion on using the clearly typed out address sheet that I provide. It includes all names, addresses, emails, account numbers and the important date. Typed. They can not make sense of it. I was also asked for ID/license as it would make the process go faster. As this had been asked for at times before I knew it would lead to confusion. Generally it takes me proportionally longer to ship the parts than it does to drive 50 miles. I always make sure I've eaten (I arrive there around 11 am) as it is grueling to stand there and watch the confusion. I use this location because it is close to home. At one time I used the Dublin, OH location but it got so horrid that the usual person there could not read the typed information and transfer it accurately to the shipping process/documents.

    The man who helped me was one of the rudest service people I have ever encountered. He was degrading, disrespectful and a complete chauvinist of a man. He should not be dealing with the public.

    This store has really changed for the better. The staff were very encouraging to the newer hire. All of them were easy to talk to and explained what they were doing. I felt like they cared about me as a customer.
