I never requested the package to be handed to me, and I have proof that this information is false (I have cameras, and there was no attempted delivery). I received an update that the delivery person attempted to deliver it by 7:16 am but no one was home. The package came hours later, after the early delivery I paid for. Every time I try to call to get a refund for the money I paid to have it delivered early, I am met with solely unhelpful individuals. They talk over me, don't let me get a word in, do not listen to what I am saying, and keep repeating that someone tried to deliver the package. I am now out $100 because someone falsely reported the delivery, and customer service is doing nothing to help me. I am disappointed in the service, and frankly, extremely irritated. It should not be this difficult to receive help.
