    I am overall satisfied. The store promised to call me when the printed business cards were ready in a few days but they did not - I called after 4 days and they told me that they had been ready but they forgot to call. Also, the printing on the cards is not perfectly centered - although most people won’t notice it, it’s closer to one edge of the card than the other. Not sure if that is related to the printing or the cutting of the cards. Still, for the price compared to a professional print-shop, it is acceptable.

    Prior to me picking up my order, it would’ve been nice if they already checked that there was a container for shipping, sending an architectural size print to the address that I gave them in the email. It’s like we have it, there was one more cardboard, triangular long Shipping box that would fit. In addition, I was in a hurry. Believe they could have had the address that I asked them to send it to tied up and ready to go. They could’ve printed out the email I sent. This is advice in order to expedite and quickly turnaround my order as they had plenty of people in line.. My advice is based on experience in customer service and quick turnaround. Again, not just printing out the print, but printing out the email with the customer my customer’s address and having a box ready for shipment as I instructed. Instead of taking 10 minutes to process my order they could’ve done it in less than five.

    My experience was absolutely fantastic! Katie was wonderful! I will only use FedEx printing from now on. They took such great care of and help me with my project and it all turned out great! Katie went above and beyond for me. And I should mention Gunner too was great! Excellent team there

    NTRA corporate code was presented which requires us to provide the documents to the store to print. The lady mentioned they have too many jobs and I would have to come back at a later time to print or pickup. Documents were needed immediately so I attempted to printandgo and the corporate code is not able to used. The lady also mentioned that PowerPoint attachments cannot be used on print and go which I’ve used many times at different locations. All in all horrible experience at the Hudson FedEx and will not return.
