They thought it was my file but it turns out your employee didn’t think to check the ink. This took up the majority of my day and caused lots of stress as I am a student and needed something printed by a certain time. It was extremely inconvenient having to keep coming back in to assess the file when it wasn’t even the problem. Mind you my print costed $200 so I was expecting a good print.
