    I went to FedEx store in Niles, Ohio and the lady that took care of me was super nice and pleasurable and handled my request nicely. Then after that is when the problems started!! I went on Friday and shipped my package around 12:30pm on 1/10/25 AND paid a whole lot extra to have shipped overnight for Saturday (1/11/25) delivery to Columbus, Ohio….in same state!! And package did not arrive until Tuesday (1/14/25) around 2PM-ish!! Totally not happy. Why did my package go to Memphis during the tracking process?? Not a satisfied customer, never had that problem before ever!!

    My visit to the store was great, as Evan was very helpful in answering my questions and ensuring the information for the shipment were correct. However, my shipment did not arrive on time contrary to the guarantee and I will be requesting a refund.

    The staff there is always great. However, two of the three registers did not work. And the one that did work Garrett had trouble getting the money drawer open. I would say Fedex needs to put some money into that location. The employees there are fantastic always are.
