    The help and assistance I received from Mr. Terry Sample was EXCELLENT in a project that I'm doing. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish, asked questions, offered suggestions and really understood what I was trying to do. His knowledge of the various printing options he offered and his desire to make my project a success made me very comfortable in doing business with him. My project requires additional printing and I know it will turn out perfectly. In my opinion, Terry is a valued employee for FedEx Office and his interface with a customer should be acknowledged accordingly because he "PUT THE CUSTOMER BACK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!" I would highly recommend Terry to anyone looking for a professional capable of answering their printing needs.
