    Your policy for pick up is TERRIBLE! I dropped off a print order for a funeral program. He said order would be ready tomorrows and I said that was fine and left. The order total was approximately $70. I left the store and approximately 30-45 mins later I received a call from your store saying my order was ready. I said wonderful, I’ll be there in 15 mins as I was still in the area running errands. I was informed, even thought it was completed that I could not come till the next morning to pick it up (even though it was ready) and if I wanted to come pick it up now, I would be charged a $17 fee. It was for a funeral service and you think your company would show some kindness and compassion and pure understanding during such a difficult time, but not a chance. Instead let’s inconvenience the customer and make them come back the next day. Great policy Fed Ex. I will NOT give any further business to you. I waited till the next morning and came back out to pick up my order. I died to speak to your manager and explained the situation how the policy really is awful and he said it was from corporate. I understand the necessity of charging an expedited or rush fee, but if you have the order completed and done, why call the customer and tell them it’s done 30 mins later and make the item sit on your shelf for 24 hours and inconvenience them further, especially when they see what the item was. Just a really crappy way to add to a horrible time in my life when a little kindness and understanding would have went a long way. Thanks for that Fed Ex!

    I’ve tried shipping with USPS many times and almost every time I am disappointed and or dissatisfied. I will only use FedEx from now on. Your service is very reliable and your employees are above average.
