The job was well done. We returned two months later to have programs for wedding ceremony printed. Damon came thru again. He is quite knowledgeable & his customer service qualities are off the charts. If you ever need a trainer or preceptor for new hires, Damon would get my vote. He gets an A+ from us!

She has EXECELLENT customer service and makes you feel right at home. Latica doesn't make you fell like an inconvenience no matter how time consuming the task is. Every encounter I have had with Latica has been nothing but Positive. I think she needs a raise!!
