Not only did this happen it took 3 days to deliver an priority overnight package.

They never complain, my shipments are done within a timely manner, and they have great teamwork. They never seem overwhelmed or stressed when there is a line of people or if I come in at the end of the day on a Saturday. The willingness to make sure I have what I need to complete my job is amazing. What a turnaround this store has become since the three women (Karen, Vicki, and Alyssa) have started working there. They're the reason my company keeps the busy within FEDEX and didn't go elsewhere. I will remain a loyal customer to this store because of the work ethic they all display.
- Monday, January 29, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0I came in on a Tuesday or Wednesday the 23rd or 24th of January. I showed the clerk what I had to be printed cut and folded. It was a custom cut. She handled the quote in a very short time as opposed to the private printer that we were going to use that it took two days and we still didn’t even have a quote. She had the quote in one day and was ready to do the print and had it delivered within three days. it was unbelievable service she had to hand cut 500 Ashens. She cut them folded them and put them in the envelopes. I was blown away.
