- Monday, July 1, 20242 out of 5Rating 2.0I brought in file to print 25 bridal shower invites. The file was complete, created to make 5x7 invites . Service was good by Lauri, she contacted me shortly after I left to say no changes or enhancements needed to be made before printing so no extra charge. I was contacted a few hours later to pick up, invites looked good. That evening I went to put in 5.25 x 7.25 envelopes purchased, invites were too big. When measured they were cut closer to 5.5 x7.5. I returned the next morning, I do not know the gentleman’s name that helped me but he was understanding and said would reprint and cut to 5x7. When I returned after being called I looked at invites, this time were cut too small and some of wording was cut off bottom, they were less than 5x7, it was not because file was not created correctly. The same gentleman apologized and said would reprint and cut yet again. The third time invites looked fine, still not perfect but I did not have time or energy to not take as is. The staff was as always friendly and understanding to my concerns but was not what I was expecting as far as service. I do not think I will return to this location for printing and cutting service.
