    My store experience was good. I am frustrated that the tracking number did not work. The company let me know they received my package, otherwise, how would I know if tracking number did not work?

    This was double the cost anticipated. I asked for the most reasonable and was expecting around $25 because on line I was seeing 20 invitations for about that price. I brought my invitation file from Canva in and requested 16 printed with envelopes and cost was over $50.

    This is the second time I have had to come on a weekend, when there is only 1 employee seen and no greeting. There was someone else in the store and it seemed the employee was laminating a small item for the customer, and definitely saw me. After 7 minutes, even walking by the counter directly in front of me, no eye contact (above the mask even) nor acknowledgement I was waiting. This continued until he finished checking out the customer and then almost like it was a burden invited me to the register. I was not sure how to ship what I had and it took a bit for me to get recommendation, then he made things easy for the process to continue. I appreciate an employee giving full attention to the person presently working with. Yet, even something like, "I will be with you in a few minutes" or even "welcome in" sure would go a long way in my wanting to visit this location. Both times recently it was only due to other options being closed, as I had similar experiences here over the last few years. Thank you.
