    I was surprised that they were able to take pkg and print out the address for the recipient and my return address, pack it up and away it went! Looking around the store I found a poster board I needed and ended up purchasing 4 plastic coated information folders; Chef’s guide, Cleaning, Old Testament &New Testament. I read two of them and they are very informative. Thank you. I laughed because I said, “You even sell Chapstick!”

    Was over charged for RMA label, the service rep was rude, i had ask for a label sticker to be printed but she printed the wrong label a black white label and over charge me for it. I have been to the location in the past and since its a warranty label sent by the sender have not been charge for it in the past. When ask why i had not been charge to print a sticker label, rep just offer to cancel it. I could have just used a self service kiosk to print the label and it would have been less the $1 bit i was charge an extra $2.50 as a surcharge. I have been to other fedex locations and never had been charge for a sticker RMA label. Very disappointed in service and the customer service.

    I have used this location quite a few times and always have been very satisfied with the service from the employees there. This time, I a lady that is referred to as "MG" waited on me. Very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. Very efficient and professional. I paid for my package in cash and left after getting my receipt. About 3 miles from this FedEx Office I received a call, it was from MG asking me if I might have accidentally left some money in the store. I asked if it was change or bills? MG said bills, I then said let me check my wallet. Once I opened the wallet I realized my $100 bill I put in my wallet as I just before I left the house to go to FedEx was missing. I mentioned to her I'm missing a $100 bill and she mentioned she found it. I went back and picked it up. I greatly appreciate her alertness and her honesty especially in this day and age with that lacking and everything being so expensive. I'm retired basically living on Social Security and I want to extend a special "Thank You' to MG. Hopefully the recognition she deserves will be given to her with my sincere appreciation.     Shelby is rapidly turning into my "go-to" staff member. She has the abilities of anticipation and work ethic combined with an innate desire to the job right and meet customer needs. I had a mall situation that could have been blown off until Monday. But she quickly assessed it and just got it done. It saved me an hour. At my age, hours are important! Kudos to Shelby.
