The package was mistakenly shipped to Illinois instead of Louisiana before it was re-routed to the correct location. The package did not arrive until 2 days after it was shipped. As a result the recipient was left with out a car key when they needed it. I paid for overnight shipping when the package did not arrive even overnight. I would like a refund to match what the actually shipping time was.
