The young man who helped me was a heavy set young man with curly black hair (I think). He was extremely helpful and his service was excellent. He helped me optimize my order and got me what I needed in a timely manner. He made it a great experience.

Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the young woman who helped me. Hopefully you can see who was working that day. She was so friendly and helpful. I had a great experience. He was amazing and I’m sure she deserves a raise!

I was at the Northwest 63rd Street office or store in Oklahoma City. Terrible experience seems like everybody was a trainee nobody knew what was going on one person had a clue. One person was actually in training the black lady didn't have a clue. Too interested in flirting with the brothers.

I have utilized 3 different FedEx Office locations in the 20+ years I’ve lived in the area—almost exclusively for coil binding of musical scores. The Edmond and Quail Springs locations are closer to my home, but binding service assistance has become inconsistent. My experiences with the excellent staff at the May Avenue location, however, is fabulous—and sometimes even accomplished while I wait. Thanks so much to the superior crew at this FedEx Office!!

My daughter had a book assigned to her as a summer project for an advanced studies magnet school she was starting this fall. She recreated the story in a hand drawn and colored graphic novel. We wanted to have color copies made and have it bound. We had been to 4 other print shops that could not/would not do what we were asking. Norma took the time and care to not only deliver what we wanted, but exceeded our expectations. She recommended the correct quality of paper, took her time to ensure that the edges were produced in a such a way that the artwork wasn’t cut off during the binding process. I was really pleased by the final result. My daughter received additional acknowledgment for creativity and presentation from her peers and teachers. This is a school full of high achievers from all over the city, so standing out there is an accomplishment. This was made possible because Norma took the time to listen and execute on exactly what we wanted. Thank you Norma. You truly made my daughter’s day. Now she can’t wait to do another one, and have it bound. She was originally against the idea and only wanted a stapled copy. She has changed her mind due to this experience.

The FedEx rep was very helpful in getting my photographic prints shipped to my daughter. I asked for a mailing tube, but he reminded me it would cost an additional $18 for the added handling. Tubes roll off the conveyer belts. He offered instead the fold up triangular box. I agreed that would probably work. He offered a plastic bag to put them but they weren’t bound with a rubber band or tape to keep the photos more tightly bound. I paid the $32.50 shipping from Oklahoma City to Charlotte NC. When the package arrived on time my daughter and I were disappointed that the prints were creased into the corners of the triangular box. They were ruined. I am filing a claim for damages.

Came in to mail a small package. Clerk seemed irritated to be interupted. Then he had to leave and get his glasses and seemed like this was an incredible imposition upon his existence. Not up to the standards I expect.
