The moment I entered the store Kristi greeted me and helped me get setup. I had a couple issues on the machine but every time she was there to help things move smoothly, and didn’t seem annoyed and was extremely friendly about it. Her customer service was flawless and pinpoint textbook execution. She was friendly, offered me the right products, and was there to fix my issues without me even having to ask. As a sales manager, I have to say you’re very lucky to have a model employee like her. I also wanted to note that in my time of being there I noticed the team has a great dynamic and play well off each other. At the end of the day, I haven’t received service like this in a while and was genuinely impressed by the entire store. Phenomenal job, thank you so much!

The worker who was helping the people next to me was rude and seemed like she was annoyed that they needed help. I myself was checking what kind of paper was in the self serve printer and she came over and started touching things on the printer screen, and did not say one word to me which I thought was extremely rude.I know what I was doing as I am someone who used to work there. But she didn’t even say “hello” or asked if I needed any help. Very disappointed in her customer service.
