    Honestly this is by far the best experience I’ve had at a fedex store. I had an extremely long day and had to scan a ton of paperwork to end it. The moment I entered the store Kristi greeted me and helped me get setup. I had a couple issues on the machine but every time she was there to help things move smoothly, and didn’t seem annoyed and was extremely friendly about it. Her customer service was flawless and pinpoint textbook execution. She was friendly, offered me the right products, and was there to fix my issues without me even having to ask. As a sales manager, I have to say you’re very lucky to have a model employee like her. I also wanted to note that in my time of being there I noticed the team has a great dynamic and play well off each other. At the end of the day, I haven’t received service like this in a while and was genuinely impressed by the entire store. Phenomenal job, thank you so much!

    Went in to get something printed on the self serve printers. The worker who was helping the people next to me was rude and seemed like she was annoyed that they needed help. I myself was checking what kind of paper was in the self serve printer and she came over and started touching things on the printer screen, and did not say one word to me which I thought was extremely rude.I know what I was doing as I am someone who used to work there. But she didn’t even say “hello” or asked if I needed any help. Very disappointed in her customer service.

    Great experience and Kristi took care of me and answered all my questions very professionally. Multi tasked with other customers as they came in as she was waiting on me to fill out certain things. She made my first experience very easy and i appreciated that. I didn’t feel rushed but she also took the time to explain everything and just went above and beyond my expectations!

Kristi handled checking in getting our 2pkgs sent she double check the address one was sent to New York & the other went to Lodi Ca .
