I went in and the manager did not want to help me in any way and it shows all across the board. I will not be going back to this location. It has repeatedly been a disappointment. Manager is very unprofessional and could care less about people's time or providing quality service. This is NOT a one time occurrence. This fedex site is a dump!

AFTER she got order complete told me i could not have the cards till the next day. I was a bit upset as this should have been communicated. I did not need poster for a week. Received a call a hour later telling me order was complete. When i picked it up i was charged a rush fee. I did not authorize that charge. Manager would not waive charge. I was never told how much the cards would cost. I paid approximately $55 for them. I will not go to this store again. Will use the one in Edmond, OK. Kinder people and better service
