Their service was quick (which I paid for). Upon checkout the computer registers were locked up and had to be rebooted to get my receipt. Will try another local printing service in the future.

He said he would be glad to do so as they try to help their customers when they can do so. So I went to the store and he took all of my information and i.d. and card to purchase shipping and got it all set for delivery. He took the extra step(pun intended)to help a customer who wasn't feeling well to utilize your service there. Would UPS or USPS do that for me? I think we both know the answer to that. Fortunately I won't have to check to find out, because I already found the company who takes the extra step to get the job done. thanks again John. And pass along this information his district manager or his next higher up boss as well to corporate. John's efforts could be a good teaching tool for other stores and managers in the company.

I had a pretty pig package with a lot of expensive equipment, and they aided me with packaging everything, picking proper box sizes and getting everything else set up. This was the best experience that I’ve ever had at a shipping service!
