    There was only one person assisting customers, although there were at least 3 others working. I was the second in line and had to wait a long time. There were several other customers behind me. They really need more help.

    I came in for four prints. Dropped the files off at noon. They charged me a rush fee. They called saying they are ready. They were already wrapped when I picked them up so couldn’t see them. Get home and 2 of the prints are zoomed in so far it cut the majority of the picture off. Called and spoke with Alec or Alex. He said give him 30 minutes and he would have them reprinted. Showed up 45 minutes later. Alec was gone and only 3 of the 4 prints had been reprinted. And 2 of them were still wrong. Waited for them to be printed again. Then the machine had an issue and left marks on 2 of the prints. They tried to reprint again and had the same problem. I had no choice but to take the prints with marks on them. They said they would have to call service. They don’t say anything about making sure I got what I paid for, especially after having to pay a rush fee. They didn’t ask for my information, or tell me they will call me or reprint the pictures that had marks. It was Christmas so I didn’t want to make a big deal about it, but as much as I paid, I should still receive quality prints.

    During my business career I used your service many times, but this private transaction seemed to be much easier. Scanning my diver's license for example, saved me time and effort. The rep was very helpful and professional.

    The printing was good thank you great color and printing quality is was pricey but when it came down to the cut the size needed it was wrong they had the measurements on the agreement, we came to pick the order up and our order was way larger than needed. The order was made incorrectly. FedEx fix was just to cut down to the correct size needed. The order was way wrong now everything was not centered and proportional like we had ordered and needed. There fix was wrong, they did not offer to reprint the order and fix it correctly.

    I brought in an item that I was looking to ship. Both representatives, sorry, I can not remember their names, went above and beyond my expectations. They took the item and measured it to find the perfect box to ship it in. It arrived in no time, and I was happy when I received the acknowledgement that it had been received. This item was something my deceased brother had made. I was shipping it to my other brother since he wanted it. It relieved my anxiety about getting there when I received the notification. Both reps went above and beyond. They gave excellent service. If I need anything shipped in the future, I definitely know where I will be going.
