    I was returning an item that I had purchased. I never opened my package after I received it. It was still in the original package and shipping box. I had previously labeled it with the address it was being shipped to and my return address. I chose the cheapest shipping method and it cost me almost $20.00. I think that was way too much to ship a 2 pound item.

    I was returning something to Duluth Reading company and had talked with them and the lady I talked to said that she had made a note for them to waive the 699 or 799 fee. I ask about an RMA and she said oh yeah I didn’t, need one as she had just waved it. However, when I got to FedEx, they said that I needed RMA or some information that I didn’t have and they could not waive the fee. Which I understand. I am contacting Duluth training company to refund the shipping charges of $14.65 .

    The young lady that assisted me was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was unsure about my taping, etc but she was so kind and assured me it was well done. She was so efficient I was surprised about how fast my time in the store was. I’ve almost always had a great experience in that store but she was the best. I use FedEx more often than any of shipping service because they have been a dependable service.

    I paid About $8.00 for signature required delivery. It only did the driver not ring the door bell but the signature was forged. Completely unprofessional.

    I wanted to commend Erynn for the work she did with me. I needed to make some bookmarks, and Erynn was so helpful and kind. It's very rare to find someone as helpful as she was. My experience there was an 11 on a scale of one to ten! Her customer service and attitude were outstanding, and I was very happy with the end product. It was a real pleasure working with her! Many kudos!

    Jesse is very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and personable. I am in there every Saturday sending paperwork to Corporate and Jesse even remembers all information needed.

    This is the FedEx store that I go out of my way to use, doesn’t matter whether it is Antonio, Jesse, Casey or Tanner they always exceed my expectations. They are always pleasant and explain options for printing, scanning documents and shipping. This team is beat in class and hope you are able to utilize their expertise to train and make your other locations as good as this one. Thank You

    Casey went far above my expectations. I had an idea of what I wanted the finished product to look like and had stapled and taped some pages together to give an example, then based on that third grade looking art project he created a professional menu. Superior customer service!
