I needed six 84 page presentation booklets printed quickly and they had everything done so in less than two hours! I looked it over in store and brought them home. When looking at them again at home, I noticed some of my headers were trimmed. I thought shoot, I should have caught this in store, but I was going to kick myself if I didn’t call the store to see what my options were. Justin answered and he was empathetic and understanding - he told me they missed it as well and they’d be happy to do a redo. I was so relieved! Went back to pick it up about an hour later and the store manager, Shana, greeted me. She already knew the situation and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the redo - everything was perfect! She was so gracious. Truly outstanding customer service from everyone at the store, I am so grateful for their help.
