    This experience would have been so much better if the Bend, OR store had a much better printer that didn't have to be reset every 3 copies. Getting 10 copies made took almost an hour! Get with it, you're the only game in town and your equipment needs to be badly upgraded.

    I started to use self service and Sabina could tell I was struggling so came to my aid. She was very kind and did not make me feel embarrassed for not knowing what to do. She then assisted me and quickly had my job done. She also included a young employee and was able to teach him new skills without slowing the process. They are both kind and skilled people.

    Wish I could express fully the atrociously bad customer service I experienced today. Stood at desk with no other customers in line for quite awhile, while they discussed Dr. Pepper products and whatever else. When I was finally acknowledged, I was told I'd have to wait even longer while Alex sorted her invoices. Alex then shouted across the room, "you can go to self service, it's cheaper". She seemed completely annoyed and even angry when I told her that I wanted full service. She moved at the speed of a snail. Alex finally walked up to the desk on the opposite register of where I was standing and without even looking up to greet me or with any friendliness whatsoever said, "stick". I said, are you asking for my photo stick and again repeated "stick:. Wow! Not certain how she was hired for a front line, "customer service" position. She was RUDE and obviously has had little training or coaching, nor any consequences for her immature behavior and snitty attitude. I was so frustrated at this point I didn't realize she did not give me a receipt, nor was I even asked if I needed one because she was so perturbed that I wanted service. She was dressed badly, in a FedX jacket way too big for her with stickers stuck on the back. We are a business close by to your downtown Bend store, but If I can avoid going there at all in the future, I will. Your copy service side has lost my business today.
