It was a little more challenging for me so I needed the help of the employee named Carolina. Carolina was absolutely fantastic and was very patient with me in helping get my printing needs completed. She was extremely kind, friendly, and professional. Carolina both Met and exceeded my expectations for customer service. She is extremely good at her job and customer relations. I had a fantastic experience because of Carolina’s help. She was fantastic!!!

Kyle said he would stay late and did to get my project done. He also helped get the files from that store to his. This was so amazing, he also apologized because instead of having me drive they could of shared it to him. I am impressed with his customer service and will be returning to his store again.

The woman representative refused to accept the Starlink package, insisting it needed to be in a separate box, despite it being in perfect condition with the original logo box. After reaching out to Starlink, they were surprised by this requirement and have never heard such a thing as they use your services all the time and it was shipped to me by FedEx. Even my usual FedEx location found nothing wrong with the package. It’s disappointing and puzzling that certain locations would refuse to accept properly packaged items from a reputable organization like Starlink that uses your services worldwide.
