She noticed an issue with my file, took the initiative to reach out to me, and found a solution to solve the issue and finished the job hours early. She was committed to excellence, to helping me in a stressful time and to ensuring my booklet was top quality. She was kind, patient, and provided the most excellent service I've had in ages. I can't thank her enough!

Mel not only helped me complete this project, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it even better than I thought it could be. Amazing communication, tech skills, and follow up. She was personally excited for this project and she was able to understand how important it was for my family. My Dad also goes to this store and knows Mel (she doesn't know this but she has printed his projects for some time) and every employee there is always kind, efficient, professional, and amazing. I feel confident knowing things will be done right and with care. I usually don't take the time to fill out surveys, but I wanted to make sure this staff (and Brenda!) get a huge shout out for their excellent service!
