I had a CANVA file that was an odd shape (a timeline) and no one at my school district’s graphics department could figure out how to print it. Maxx figured out how to print it three across (8” x 58.50”) and it looks gorgeous! Teachers have been waiting for this since September. I am so grateful to Maxx for puzzling it out!

Alex very kindly suggested several options for getting around the problem and then helped us get our documents downloaded from email to a copier and get them printed. My husband, who was rather stressed, relaxed. Alex was so helpful, and it was so nice to have great customer service.

Another thing i appreciate about this store is the team camaraderie. Almost to a person it is evident they operate w professionalism and warmth. I like going there.

- Tuesday, February 6, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0It was terrible. I brought special acid free buffered paper to print 2 copies of my grandsons drawing. I asked for assistance with FedEx Copier. Apparently it was slightly oversized and your employee said it needed to be cut down to go through the automatic feeder. She made several copies and the copier kept cutting off sections of the drawing and using up my 5 sheets of paper. She finally just walked away leaving me to continue on my own. I wasted 10 copies and finally put the original on the glass and moved it down. That did the trick of getting the drawing and signature on 8 1/2 x 11. I let her know my resolution. None of the employees offered any consolation or refund.

And the order was ready the next day without any extra rush request. He is indeed has the expertise to make things happen seemingly without much fuss and bother
