Hermulita (Sorry, but I may not be spelling this correctly) helped in packaging and shipping the merchandise. Unbeknownst to me, I left the store with my thumb drive still in the printer. Hermulita went above and beyond her responsibilities by tracking down my cell phone number from the mailed parcel, then calling me to make sure I knew I had left my thumb drive. This thumb drive has a large amount of very sensitive financial information which would have been problematic had it fallen into the wrong hands. I am very grateful for Hermulita's diligence, courtesy, and professionalism. I have consistently received excellent service from this FedEx Office. Hermulita's attitude and efforts has enhanced my perception even more. Kudos!

While he was helping me, the manager was kind of scolding him (in a polite way) about using some wrong type of paper on a job. It seemed like an odd thing to do while he was helping a customer but overall I frequent that location regularly and will continue to do so because everyone is always very helpful.
