    Angie was so good at helping me overcome my initial fear at shipping my custom-made bass guitar to Ohio from Portland. She made great recommendations about getting a rider on my homeowner'd insurance to make sure that the bass had extra insurance, not covered by FedEx. She also got me the best deal money wise for the distance and size of the box. Just really overall excellent service. She even shared a picture of her cat, who is gorgeous lol. Please get more people like angela. She is fantastic and is a real true credit to your business. If I could give her 11 stars, I would. Thanks Angela.

    Not only did Angela help me with getting my packages shipped, she went above and beyond to help me get my license back! I had accidentally left it behind when I left. She went above and beyond to work with her management team to get my license sent back to me. After she got verification it would be sent, she called me back and walked me through the details.     I went in to get invitations printed for my friends, baby shower. Samantha b was the first one to help me. I asked her to put two to a page understanding the digital enhancement fee. She printed 15 pages, and I noticed that nobody was using the cutter and and asked can you please cut these, I don’t mind paying the charge so she says yeah no problem. she goes on break, she asks Mia T to cut the invites for me she says sure no problem and then there is another guy working. I don’t know what his name is but he gave melissa *** for not placing an order because I was getting my invitations cut. He basically scolded her right in front of me, because of this Mia tells me can I please place this as an order and you come back later in a couple of hours to make five cuts and I said no just refund my money for the cuts which was like $11 and I’ll just cut them at home. During this entire interaction of a return, my invites could have been cut, but for some reason, the guy said no and walked away from the cutter to go talk to somebody in the back leaving the cutter wide open. To be honest I used to work at a FedEx office and I understand the pressure you put on your teammates however when somebody is paying $10-$15 for you to cut a piece of paper that man should have taken a deep breath step back let the employee take the 30 seconds to cut my paper and everything would’ve been fine and this survey never would’ve been written. I would’ve wrote a glowing review but he put a sour taste in my mouth and if I see him there next time, I’m definitely not interacting with him. I’ll interact with all of your other employees that seem to be fantastic.
