    The employee went above and beyond in being helpful and ensuring my package was safely packed. He also called to let me know that one of the 3 packages didn't make it onto the first truck. I believe his name was David. He was extremely helpful, more so than any employee I've ever interacted with at a FedEx.

    Shipping internationally is “involved”, at best, but never more so than currently. The concentrated effort and attention to detail expressed by this FedEx employee went so above and beyond just “doing a good job”. He ensured all documentation was complete, correct, and I learned I must now indicate from which country each item I am shipping originated. It takes time to process an internationally-bound package and I never felt rushed or that my package was bothersome. Pure concern and professionalism provided by this very kind gentleman.

    I was told that my, " receipt number" was my tracking number so I was unable to track my package. Also the package was supposed to be overnights on the 30th and arrive on the first, it has still not arrived!! I paid $72.35 and I am very disappointed!!
