With one document left to print he told me I would have to wait u til the next day to pick it up or pay the rush fee, even through he was actively printing my job. If he had disclosed this policy before we started I would have altered my order to prioritize my needs. I decided not to pay the rush fee and the transaction ended with him telling me that I could pick my completed order up the next day “when it was finished” even through the 100% completed order was sitting on the counter between us. I understand that he didn’t want to break the policy and I’m not upset with him. If I had printed in a slightly cheaper paper, there would have been issue. It’s ridiculous.

I was not familiar with your company's services nor working in an Apple computer with USBA jump drive to try get the diagram I need. David was very pleasant, knowledgeable in all of those technical environments: FedEx printing and Apple computing. He handled my problem while graciously also handling multiple other customer requests for services as the other FedEx workers were off on their afternoon breaks. I was impressed by his patience and efficiency. He is very knowledgeable & efficient. He was very courteous to everybody that came through your store; and answering the phone, all while handling my request. I was thankful to get to know him ;and, to have him succeed to get the printer output I needed.
