    I had never had issues with store in Allentown,Pa that handled initial sales but when pkg reached Wiilington, Ct. Things went way wrong, my conversation to ask why box was delayed there was a second person assured me because of damage I could have box destroyed or returned to me to resend!,also stated I would get updates next morning10/23 to track return package. After awhile I looked same day & saw pkg couldn’t be save due to water!made another call & a woman listening to me said she’d try call Ct. because I had packed& reinforced inside out that many items wouldn’t have been perishable, she ended saying she’d call me again after speaking to Ct. ?I got 1 ring on cell phone from FedEx, picked up& she hung up, never to hear again! I waited then called to put in escalation because I never heard from email, call or text, since first virtual calls gave over & over same instruction& many call a call or online check, having a case # which I asked for claim & complaint case in these calls, no.callback, no photos or conversation to ask me what items I sent , etc. no supervisor to show evidence, just run around to say at one point misty first to say she saw conveyor & couldn’t tell which items were mine?!! I really got upset, telling her not one person asked me what items, or to see photos of damage, besides telling me initially things would be returned! Now what else can I do, I had to try another package exactly plgd like furst&, took pictures to show”exactly” how well first & every bps I send my grandkids is safe & sturdy, no glass, this one vegan items, everything pantry long life, only the plant based coffee creamer was liquid but I wrapped in plastic, paper bags& stood straight up surrounded by freezer veggies to keep cold, more plastic on top & more inysulatiob. What else can you I do, I sent a note to ethics describing poor lack of service, unreasonable neglect to my loving well coordinated package filled with love & painstakingly provided to insure its quality of delivery, sorry if you think my costs were minimal. I shopped weekly & always keep sturdy boxes to curate & line with loving care for 6 grandchildren across us. Regrettably, Donna Hetherington

    The office experience in Allentown was very good. No issues. However, I paid for two day shipping and the package did not arrive by the advertised time of 5 PM on July 23. It arrived the next day, even tho it was in the area by noon on the 23rd. Unfortunately, it did not go the last 20 minutes of the trip. The package was a down payment check for my daughter’s wedding. Due to the FedEx delay, my payment was late. Not the ideal way to start the wedding experience.

    Store was fine. The fact that I paid $70 for overnight from PA to NY to arrive on Saturday when I could’ve paid $12 Ground to arrive on Monday (which it did) is SIMPLY F*cking CRIMINAL.
