    The store experience was great. However when I tried to track the package, there is nothing on the receipt that said “tracking number “ and there were a lot of numbers. I simply tried to call the office to figure out which number was the tracking number but your phone queue will not let me through to a human without the tracking number. It was really an experience of intense frustration as I tried to get through the phone queue to either find out the answer to my question or to talk to someone to answer this simple question. I finally was able to leave my number for a callback, but no one ever called me back. I was able to find the answer to my question online after searching around a while. But you should clearly label the tracking number on the receipt and allow a way to cut through the phone queue to get to a person. I’m just gonna go to usps next time

    The store was fine....but FedEx messed up shipping!!! They sorted it WRONG!!! Sent it to ground instead of overnight! Now my son cannot fly since I was sending his passport!!!!! I should be getting a full refund and more!!!!!!!

    System should save addresses in your online account so you don't have to repeat it in store when shipping. What's the point of saving addresses in your FedEx online then? Frustrating.
