    I walked in on a Friday afternoon and wasn’t quite sure how to proceed. Brett helped me with the envelope, let me read what he had typed in to make sure it was all correct, then told me about the different services available and let me choose. He was kind, personal, upbeat, and I was not being rushed. All in all a wonderful experience. I told all my friends and family about this location and this great service I received. Thank you Brett. FedEx is lucky to have such a wonderful service member on their team.

    The process was so easy and the manager of the store is who helped me. He was helpful, patient and very professional. My package arrived early to El Paso, TX and I was thrilled as it was very important.

    I brought it around 3 PM on 3/14, and was not received at its destination until about 11AM on 3/17. No notification as to the fact it was going to be late, nor as to the reason it was late.

    I think he is the manager. I forgot his names. He is always polite has a big smile and always willing to help. Amd always checking how much the shipping and asked if its ok. While he was helping me he is still greeting customes who is coming in and out. I always liked to go to that store in 280280 S Main St, Doylestown, PA 18901. What a great experience as always. 😊

    This printing experience was light years ahead of Staples, where I normally get my prints. The staff here was super helpful, didn’t seem annoyed unlike Staples, and gave me paper options, a job quote, and printed a sample for me to see. I will definitely use FedEx as my print shop in the future. Thank you!

    Bret is very customer focused. More than the younger staff. He’s faster and recognizes people waiting. You can tell he doesn’t like to see people waiting long to get service or time it takes to process their order.

    The store experience was great. However when I tried to track the package, there is nothing on the receipt that said “tracking number “ and there were a lot of numbers. I simply tried to call the office to figure out which number was the tracking number but your phone queue will not let me through to a human without the tracking number. It was really an experience of intense frustration as I tried to get through the phone queue to either find out the answer to my question or to talk to someone to answer this simple question. I finally was able to leave my number for a callback, but no one ever called me back. I was able to find the answer to my question online after searching around a while. But you should clearly label the tracking number on the receipt and allow a way to cut through the phone queue to get to a person. I’m just gonna go to usps next time
