When I first asked for help at the Walnut office I was yelled at by team member saying they were too busy and email the file. I said I couldn’t and they said to leave and go to the Market office. I felt totally disrespected. I went to the Market Fed Ex and they were more friendly and patient. However the print cut for the brochure was incorrect and the team member offered no plan to correct it.
