The package showed clear evidence of tampering upon inspection by the recipient. I will be filing a complaint and request for compensation. The tracking number for this item was 772200780099

She printed several family photos for me and made sure I was completely satisfied before printing them. Because she took such care with the photos we wanted her to help with shipping our family artwork to 8 different family members even though there was a UPS Store half the distance to Pri’s location. She spent most of her day carefully packaging our family heirlooms and sending them to various relatives. After watching her handle our items with care, we had no doubt they would arrive safe and sound. We really appreciate what she did for us and we have made mention of the service she provided to several of our friends.

I picked a small FedEx box put my items in and closed it. When I said ground, the employee pointed to the “Ex” in the “FedEx” logo and said this box can only be used for express. As if the FedEx logo should indicate to any customer it was for use only with express services. When he flipped the box over, it might have had some very small print in a corner about use for express. Would have helped if any of this was better disclosed in the store and on the box.

The actual products we received blew us away with how carefully they were printed and by the attention to detail that went into printing, cutting, organizing, and delivering them. Erica addressed all our questions, helped us to match paper and background colors, caught issues before printing, and confirmed all the details. Turnaround time was very fast and on-time. Easily a six out of five stars experience.

When someone lined up behind me, the staff member clearly became frustrated with how long it took them to pack it up since there was a line now. They also were rude when I suggested an idea and told me they’d been doing this a long time (not that long…). Little do they know, I run a shipping department for my own job, I literally manage thousands of research shipments and a whole team that uses FedEx and other shipping services and used to package and ship it myself. I can’t use it for personal reasons because the accounts tied to my organization, but I’ve been doing this longer than they have and regardless there’s just no reason to be rude. I brought my pictures here to ship because I didn’t have anything at home to package it up myself and it was urgent. They took way too long to package it up and kept sighing at me because of the line behind me and making comments. It’s so rude- this is a service for me to bring my stuff and pay for this service to package and ship it. Next time I won’t.
