    My needs were satisfied w/ one exception. I was charged a Priority Print fee of $17.50 without a warning. The service rep asked if I needed them today or could come back tomorrow? I said "today is fine, but I can also come back." Under the impression, that both options were mutually available to me and the result would be dependent upon the work load of the site. You should train your service workers to be specific about quoting prices prior to service. I don't feel like I should have been charged a priority fee.

    Tom already had everything ready, with Dave diligently watching,while he was helping another customer, by the time i got to the counter. We ship probably close to a thousand packages a year here, we are a commercial business located at 16th and Fairmount, and we rely on the efficient and professional services that this store and the employees who work there provide everyone all day.

    First of all, Dave is a terrific guy. He’s very helpful, he always smiles, and he’s very efficient and professional. He’s also a very good team leader. His staff has always been following his lead, and that they are also professional and efficient and very pleasant. the staff seems to me to be very happy with Dave. They also carry a light hearted pleasant, which makes dealing with them a pleasure.
