And the Kind gentleman at the store told me that 10:30 is the time it will arrive, and it was also written on the package. It did not get to her school until 2 o’clock and I believe I am due a refund.

The service rep asked if I needed them today or could come back tomorrow? I said "today is fine, but I can also come back." Under the impression, that both options were mutually available to me and the result would be dependent upon the work load of the site. You should train your service workers to be specific about quoting prices prior to service. I don't feel like I should have been charged a priority fee.
