    Location is great. Easy to park. The printing/ download of info was with some difficulty but not on the service representative. The passcode did not work; only 1/2 the jib could be completed. Will need to contact the main source that gave me the USB. The estimated time was two days but took 4 days; apparently the store was very busy. Overall, service was good and could quickly contact the service representative for update of the print job.

    I had an important package that needed to arrive to my daughter’s school and I paid $36 for it to get there by 10:30 AM on October 31. And the Kind gentleman at the store told me that 10:30 is the time it will arrive, and it was also written on the package. It did not get to her school until 2 o’clock and I believe I am due a refund.
