It disqualified me for merit awards. Please next time send a proof before printing. I was traveling here and it was really disappointing because it could’ve been prevented had I rescaled it myself

One of the printers went down, but Angela did a great job running the very busy store and getting everyone’s poster printed in time. While being an extremely professional and pleasant customer service agent. She should get a raise!
