I came into the store to print out some invitations for my bridal shower, when I got home I realized there was an error with the spacing. I returned the next day slightly distraught over the error and Darrel K. took care of it right away! He reprinted the invites for me and he reassured me to come back in if I had any other issues in the future. I will definitely be returning for more prints soon!

Nathan was amazing, willing and eager to help ensure my printer was set up correctly, that the quality of the copy was perfect and recommended settings to enhance the image of the copy.

I’m an artist who needed 8 drawings with color backgrounds enlarged to 16”x20” and 18”x24” sizes for a client in Columbus, Ohio. I make 100’s of 11”x14 black and white copies there with the self copiers. I even bring my own paper. This project was something new and there was a challenge because the files were too large to download. Daryl was patient with me to find a solution (flash drive) and I was pleased with how the 16 enlargements turned out. I got a mailing tube there to send them and the client emailed me saying they were “fabulous”! I was making my self copies at Staples spending over a $1,000 a year but have switched primarily to FedEx Office. I have since ordered 4 more enlargements for my own use and plan to order more especially when my art show season starts. I actually met Daryl long ago when he was at the Kinkos location that became FedEx Office. It nice to have someone knowledgeable and reliable. At Staples, the people working in their copy and print center come and go and often aren’t knowledgeable. At Staples, I was tax exempt and they saved my files and trimmed my drawings at no charge. I have applied for tax exempt status at FedEx and am submitting a form to have my files archived so I don’t have to bring the flash drive every time I want these enlargements printed. In addition to Daryl, I also wanted to give a shout out to Nathan who was helpful when Daryl wasn’t there.

I came in with heavy and delicate rock samples and Ray and the team did a great job making sure that the samples were securely packaged appropriately.

I came in with several items to ship, many of which were heavy. Everyone on team jumped to help me out. Ray was awesome, and the other guys busted *** with the bubble wrap and did a great fast, efficient job.

We waited until the last minute to print brochures and posters for a trade show and the guys at Fed Ex were the only place that said they could get it done. Not only that, they had everything printed and in my hand within 20 minutes!
