    Te experience was fine. The manager took my three pictures and said they would package and ship them FedEx ground. My disappointment is with the price charged. I don’t mind paying a premium, but it was over triple what I was expecting. The reciept was not detailed and I would not recommend anyone leaving merchandise to blindly be shipped. Buyer beware rings true with this experience.

    This was my first visit to FedEx in Villanova and I was extremely impressed with the service and quality of the printed materials. I needed multiple large posters and brochures printed for a funeral. Theon, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

    Thought I was being given excellent service at the Villanova PA FedEx however the package arrived in Richmond, Virginia at my family‘s private residence late in the evening, no announcement I was arrival and a horribly damaged side face down. The damage side was extensive and broken open at the end. fortunately nothing was lost. Three valuable silver, headedCanes were intact, which was a miracle, considering the frightful damage to the packaging. I had made a specific point the canes were a value and needed to be handled carefully of this I was assured, however, above I described their condition on delivery and attempt to hide the damage.

    I think if anyone gave Ana or Theon a bad rating ever they should be examined by a team of Swiss psychologists. They are great. Give them a raise.

    The gentleman who actually helped me ship the package was awesome. The woman in the store the Saturday prior when I first tried to ship the package was horrendous. She was helping one other person in the store with what appeared to be a complex print job - let me stand at the counter for 10 solid minutes before even acknowledging me. The proceeded to ask if I was dropping or shipping. When I said shipping she said Ok and literally said nothing else to me. I waited 10 more minutes and then picked up my box and walked out. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I told myself when I returned that if she was working I was turning around and leaving and would not interact with her. FedEx is more convenient for me, but I’m very close to using UPS going forward after this experience.
