    I had a positive experience. My only recommendation is that I wish I was given more paper options. I’m not sure I needed the quality of paper that was recommended. It’s not a big deal and would not keep me from returning.

    The experience could not have been better. Roy was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made sure that he had answered all of my questions, that I had my tracking number, and that my daughter's package would be delivered safely. The package was delivered straight to her door in just 2 days! I was notified when the package was delivered, and a photo (easily accessed via email) was sent to me as well. This FedEx location with Roy will be my go-to shipping office for anything that I need to send to family or friends from now on. My thanks to FedEx for caring employees in the office and on the road. The job is very detailed and can be stressful with volume of packages, distances to be traveled, and weather conditions. I think FedEx employees are unsung heroes.

    There were no other customers. I wanted 65 copies on card stock. The clerk began printing my job and upon beginning to ring up the sale she realized that if she gave the copied to me immediately that I would be charged a 17.99 for “expedited service.” I did not need expedited service but she didn’t appear to be very busy. So in order to avoid paying an extra $18 I had to come back the next day. That seems a bit ridiculous. If they were swamped and told me they couldn’t get it done right away unless I paid extra, I get it. But she was already printing the job. It was a little disappointing,however, I appreciated the option to come back and get them the next day to avoid the charge.

    I noticed the backing on the canvas print wasn’t sticking to the wooden board before I left and was told that it would eventually seal. It only got progressively worse when I placed the prints on the shelves. I returned all seven to store 1028 and discussed this matter with the store manager Pamela L on December 28th, 2023. I shared with her that this has never happened to me before in the many years I’ve been ordering prints. I even called another store and spoke with a manager to determine how they put the canvas prints together and they indicated that the staple is applied to each corner over the canvas and onto the wooden frame to secure. Pamela stated that they might have had a bad batch that didn’t stick securely and offered to hammer the staples along the sides to secure it down. She didn’t have a nail gun in the store. She proceeded to hammer the nail and actually stripped the wood. I then stated this procedure was very unprofessional and I wasn’t pleased with this outcome. I suggested a refund with the option of her sending the order to another store, however she could not guarantee that they would honor the 30% discount, nor did she offer to ask another store to honor the sale price since the was over. I’m waiting to hear back from the other store. This was totally unacceptable customer service and I have never experienced this problem before in any of the stores I visited.
