I entered the store and as always was waited on immediately...I had a huge piece to mail and Ethan saw how heavy it was and came right over to carry it to the counter for me. Brandi was there waiting with her huge beautiful smile and as kind as ALWAYS....I was very nervous b/c it was a very difficult piece to to ship but Brandi knew EXACTLY what needed to be done and how it should be done. She is such a phenomenal leader and a tremendous help ALWAYS....I can't say enough how incredibly blessed FED EX is to have Brandi on their team. She is one of the best people ever.

I typically use FedEx for my Mercari prepaid labels, but since they haven’t linked the QR code, I always just send the label to the fedex email, no big deal. Today, when I went in, there were no customers in the store. I walked in, and the employee Ethan, started speaking to me and helping me. Another lady walked in after me, he stopped speaking to me and instead walked over to the lady and asked her if she needed help. I assume he saw her label and realized it would be a quick service so he decided to just do her first even though I walked in the store well before her and he had already asked me what I needed. Now this isn’t really that big of a deal, but for some reason, it was really irritating. He didn’t say excuse me for a second or I’ll be right back or anything of the sort. Also, the employees normally weigh my packages and put my label on in front of me to make sure that the name is who I’m sending it to and to make sure the right label is going on the right package. That did not happen today. I did ask Ethan if he could please put the label on in front of me so that I could make sure it was going to the correct person. In my fluster and frustration, I forgot to check the receipt to make sure it was weighed before I left, because it was not weighed. Hopefully, this is just a one time occurrence.

I was not going to be there for the next delivery attempt so I came into my trusted Fed Ex office and got immediate assistance from the manager Brandi. She is absolutely amazing...She knew exactly what to do, who to contact and rectified the situation effortlessly and immediately...She is an AMAZING manager and just an all round fantastic person. She treats every single customer who comes in her store with such kindness and respect. Every customer I have ever seen who comes in loves her.... Fed Ex is absolutely blessed to have her.....
