    Office not continually staffed. Also, I find the $30 storage charge for my golf clubs for less than 24 hrs excessive. It cost me $100 to ship from S. Carolina to Seattle but then I get charged $30 to store my clubs? They didn’t even deliver to my room.

    Peter had a really nasty attitude and when I attempted to ask him a question regarding the package being shipped his response was “if you listen and let me speak I will tell you.” He also proceed with an eye roll after he made his statement. He is very unprofessional and customer service skills are not present at all. He definitely needs some customer service training and do not need to interact with the public.
