Then when tried to find out got run around AND SITE HAS SUGN SAY OPENS AT 9 6 folks including me waited until 9:35!!! Before ANYONE SHOWED UP!!! Some of us had other things/ places to be but were late thanks to your lack of concern/ customer no service. How do I get MY REIMBURSEMENT ? Do I need to stop my credit card payment and let you fight with them??

My problem was not hard to solve with shipping my package, but he made it easier and I was able to understand all the things he was doing, was very clear.
