    The store was fine, fex ex's service is excellent. The fee to ship my items was extraordinary, but especially charging me $24.99 for a cardboard box is just ridiculous. I would absolutely go somewhere else to have to pay that ludicrous fee. -- The service was great, no complaints on the store or on the person who helped me. She was excellent.

    Very helpful. Wished there was a way to get the promo price given to me by FedEx customer service on the phone. Had spoken to Jennifer in Memphis Tennessee and was told with the promo my FedEx International Priority mail would cost $97.00 usd. However, I was unable to get the promo price in the store. So I paid $118.00 usd. A little disappointed but had to get this overseas as soon as possible so I paid the full price.

    I had help from 3 different employees, and all of them made an impression. I actually was waiting for my code to come through my email in the store, and I thought to myself that these employees need to be told how amazing they are. It wasn’t just with me, but with every customer than came in during my time in the store. Great customer service!!

We interact on first name basis and they always do everything they can to meet my deadlines or so inform me of what they can do when the order is placed.
