    I submitted the printing order online. One of the print jobs was meant to be double-sided and was not. Because the FedEx branch I was at did not carry the special paper it was on, they could not quickly reprint it. It had to be sent to the West Ashley branch. Jackie was super accommodating and called the WA branch to make it high priority. They were able to print it and courier it to my FedEx branch the same day for pickup. Please thank Jackie for an amazing customer service experience! I think I would have quit using FedEx if she didnt remedy the issue as she did. Awesome job, Jackie! I appreciate you!

    Meagan helped me the whole way through. I had shipped an envelope before and forgot to do a return envelope to come back to my job so I had to re do the whole package over again. I had anxiety regarding it and she explained the whole process and made sure everything was correct before I left. She is a great representation of FedEx.

    I walked in nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get the lamination I needed because of the difficult format of my document. The store manager was EXTREMELY helpful while doing this and made sure to ask all the questions necessary to make sure I got what I needed. She was open about price and timing and reformatted my document on her own.

    What a wonderful experience and most definitely a joy to have meet Stacey, he was very welcoming and also offered to help bring my bed frame to my truck all by himself.
