    Had no idea that sending an envelope would cost over $12. Had left my phone with QR code in the car and paid shipping anyway. Half an hour later, decided to go back with my phone and see if I could use the free shipping QR code. Staff could not have been nicer to re-do the transaction.

    Frank was NOT the issue mostly.. He was the ONLY worker at the desk.. LONG line. He was polite. I was brining in a very valuable item.had to have it packed. He took my package and put it to the side..(made me very uncomfortable as he continued to talk with customer behind me.. He assured me he will pack it and it will go out. Just left it lying on open counter and store very busy.. My gut said to take it and pack myself, but he said NO WORRIES will do. Was told it would be shipped out that night. Well. Next morning.. I’m trying to track.. says it hasn’t even LEFT the facility in North Myrtle Beach. My husband called Jason picked up and said he would check it out and phone back.. NEVER phoned back and my husband called again! Was put on hold. Jason found it on a SHELF IN THE STORE.. ***!! Expensive computer and some VERY IMPORTANT documents that needed to get to final destination (golden co) Jason was very non-chalent about it. We said we would pick it back up! His immediate response is Well you wont get a refund! ?What? Got in the car, drove back to FedX. It was all packaged and ready to go… He did give me a complete refund.. but NO sorry, or no Let me make sure this goes RIGHT Out with priority sorry for the inconvenience. Then he said well you didn’t have guaranteed delivery.. All I know is Frank said it would be Thursday delivery.. It use to be when you could COUNT on FEDEX to deliver a package when they said. There should have been NO reason why my package didn’t go out that. Same DAY.. Jason just seemed like he could care less.. This is NOT a bad review to FRANK - the line was long.. he was the ONLY worker in the store - he was polite and helpful, but overwhelmed. I should have gone with my gut and NOT left my computer just sit there in the wide open in a busy store. We picked up the package and I had to send UPS

    My son left a monitor for his diabetes after a Mother’s Day vacation. It was returned to him in two days of leaving my home. So thankful he was only without it for a day and a half.
