I asked if the addresses are saved and she said no, but as I am telling her the address she is not typing so....maybe its predictive text and she just had to enter??? other than that everyone is always friendly and my packages always arrive when they say it will.

THE DISTRIBUTTION CENTER SHOWS THE PACKAGE BEING RETURNED TO WEST COLUMBIA THAT EVENING. THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SITTING IN MEMPHIS SINCE SATURDAY. IN CHECKING THE WEATHER FOR MEMPHIS, IT WAS 32 AND SUNNY TUESDAY AND 36 AND SUNNY TODAY. THERE IS NO REASON THE PACKAGE SHOULD STILL BE IN MEMPHIS. I SHOULD HAD THE PACKAGE MONDAY OR TUESDAY AT THE LATEST. EVEN WITH YOUR WEATHER DISCLAIMER, WE SHOULD RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. MY WIFE WILL BE HOME TOMORROW, BUT I AM NOT HOPEFUL MY KEYS WILL MAKE IT BEFORE SHE IS BACK.
