The initial visit, I decided I would not leave any feedback because people are allowed to have bad days. Well this is my second visit and I must say I will not be returning. She’s very rude, she allowed me to stand with no one else waiting for several minutes until I assume she finally got tired of me just looking around and decided to help. This happened the initial visit as well. This employee either needs more training in customer servitude or does not need to be in the front of the building if she is going to present herself as such

Assisted me in logging in and getting started. Answered any questions that I had. Once I was done completing the project I was working on she received my files that I emailed to the address she gave me and she printed them. Through out the entire experience she was livery kind and helpful and very knowledgeable and I really appreciated the customer service and support. Overall it was an incredible experience.

She directed me to a new process of scanning a qr code and getting a retrieval number. She then proceeded to assist the next person in the store. I have been going to this store for over 10 years for prints. This was the worst service and attitude I have ever had from fedex.
